Job summary

Bil-Jax is seeking a stable, full-time MIG Welder in Ohio to join our manufacturing team. Earn $20.00 per hour on a Monday-Friday schedule with immediate benefits and a safe work environment.

You will operate MIG welding processes, weld in flat, vertical and overhead positions, prepare parts, and follow safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and 3+ years of welding experience are preferred. Growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of welding experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and semi-automatic MIG and resistance welding processes.
• Weld in flat, vertical, and overhead positions; weld tubular products independently or with a partner.
• Prepare parts by clamping, tack-welding, grinding, heat-bending, and positioning components for accuracy.
• Remove slag, spatter, rough spots, or excess weld using grinders, chippers, and scrapers.
• Follow safe work habits and properly operate welding and shop equipment at all times.
