Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is hiring skilled MIG Welders for the Sunnyvale, TX shop. The role runs on a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, Monday–Friday, with overtime Saturdays as needed. Pay ranges from $18–$21 per hour depending on experience.

Temp-to-hire placement in a stable manufacturing team offers long-term potential. The ideal candidate has 2+ years MIG welding experience, FCAW/GMAW proficiency, and the ability to read complex blueprints.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years MIG welding experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proficient with FCAW welding and gouging techniques.
• Able to pass a hands-on weld test.
• Read tape measures and blueprints accurately.
• AWS 4G qualification is required or a commitment to obtain.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding using FCAW and GMAW processes.
• Weld in flat, overhead, horizontal, and vertical positions.
• Read blueprints and work orders to meet specifications.
• Operate grinders, torches, drills, and welding guns.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and rigging equipment.
• Document production and quality activity in ERP software.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area clean.
