Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Welder in Edinburgh, IN for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The shop specializes in custom metal fabrication, welding cylindrical metal parts using MIG and TIG as needed.

The role requires blueprints literacy, the ability to stand all shift, and lifting 30+ lbs regularly. Bring your welding hood and steel-toe shoes; company offers health/dental/vision and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• MIG welding experience for cylinders and related parts.
• TIG welding experience is a plus.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Must be able to stand for the full shift and handle 30+ lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• MIG/TIG welding of metal cylinders and components.
• Maintain welding quality and accuracy per blueprints.
• Support a clean, safe welding area and adhere to procedures.
