Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year MIG welding experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints, weld symbols, WPS documents, and precision measuring tools.
• Must reside within 15-20 miles of the facility (~30-40 minute commute with traffic).
• Willingness to work extended 12-hour shifts and Saturdays based on production demands.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality MIG welds on production components according to welding procedure specifications (WPS).
• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, tape measures, and weld symbols.
• Set up welding machines to match job-specific WPS guidelines.
• Inspect welds for defects to ensure structural integrity.
