Job summary

Tradesmen International in Kodak, TN is seeking an experienced MIG welder for first shift. You will join a team that prioritizes safety, productivity, and craftsmanship, with pay up to $25/hour based on experience.

You will perform MIG welding, inspect welds, and follow drawings and specifications to manufacture products to required tolerances. The role requires a minimum of 3 years MIG welding experience and the ability to pass mandatory Weld Tests, including 3G Horizontal and certified

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years MIG welding experience.
  • Must pass 3G Horizontal Weld Test.
  • Ability to pass BC Manual Steel Fillet and CJ Manual Stainless Steel Certification Weld Assessments.
  • Experience performing vertical and overhead fillet welds.
  • Ability to visually inspect welds for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform weld preparation, MIG welding, and weld finishing operations.
  • Manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Complete fillet welds in vertical and overhead positions using single and multiple passes.
  • Inspect welds for compliance with workmanship standards.
  • Utilize weld fillet gauges and other quality control tools.
  • Operate flow meters and welding equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG Welders for projects located in or around Kodak, TN.This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  • Perform weld preparation, MIG welding, and weld finishing operations
  • Manufacture products according to customer drawings, specifications, and work instructions

Requirements:
