Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a MIG Welder for direct hire in Memphis, TN. Position offers night shift (5:00 PM - 3:30 AM) with overtime potential and a 4-day workweek (10-hour shifts). Pay ranges from $20.00 to $38.00 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include welding carbon steel and aluminum components, reading blueprints, and preparing materials for welding while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience.
• Experience welding carbon steel and aluminum.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with material layout, part preparation, and machine setup.
• Strong welding skills in horizontal and vertical positions.

What You’ll Do
