Job summary

Sedona Staffing Services is seeking a MIG Welder for our Manchester, IA location on the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am). The role pays $21+ per hour, with an additional 15% shift premium based on experience.

Responsibilities include assembling products with hand-held welding and flame-cutting equipment, reading blueprints, ensuring weld quality, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Candidates should have HS diploma and at least one year welding experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year welding experience.
• Proven ability to weld using Mig hand-held welder.
• Basic understanding of shop math.
• Ability to read and understand blue prints and specifications.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Longevity in prior work history.
