StaffRite USA in Memphis, TN seeks a Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will interpret work orders, set welding controls, prep parts with grinders and hand tools, and weld steel and aluminum per specifications.

Candidates should have at least 2 years welding experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures. This is a full-time role paying $18.26 per hour, with physical requirements including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing and welding experience.
• Strong basic math skills with the ability to read and interpret measurements and dimensions.
• Ability to use measuring tools like tape measures and rulers and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Review work orders to verify required quantities and dimensions.
• Set welding controls according to voltage and job requirements.
• Weld corners and components of steel and aluminum parts per specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Cross-train in other areas to provide operational support.
