Snelling is recruiting an experienced Welder for a well-established Lubbock-area industrial employer. This full-time position emphasizes reliability, steady hours, and long-term employment within a manufacturing environment, with opportunities for overtime.

The role requires hands-on welding and fabrication, with FCAW experience especially encouraged. Pay is $17.50–$18.00/hour plus a $1.00/hour attendance incentive, scheduled Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday mornings as needed.

Qualifications
