The ideal candidate has a MIG welding certificate and 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with the physical capability for heavy lifting and standing. Compensation is hourly and based on experience.

Qualifications

• MIG welding certificate required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience in a high-volume setting.
• Dexterous with manufacturing equipment and basic power tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate welding tools and maintain continuous workflow per documented processes.
• Produce parts using the top-down production list.
• Adjust and operate machines to produce quality welds.
• Assist with daily PM schedule for machines and procedures.
• Perform first part inspections and in-process quality checks.
