Job summary

CHI Health Clinic in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our established midwifery team. You will provide full-scope care including prenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, and gynecologic services, and attend hospital deliveries at CHI Immanuel with waterbirth options.

The role includes a balanced call schedule, clinic days with 12-15 patients per day, and a supportive, patient-centered team using EPIC EMR for documentation.

Qualifications

• Current CNM certification (AMCB).
• Nebraska APRN license or eligibility.
• NRP certification required.
• Prior midwifery experience preferred; new graduates welcome.

Job Summary And Responsibilities

CHI Health Clinic is seeking a skilled Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) to join our established and growing midwifery practice in Omaha, Nebraska. Our team of four nurse-midwives provides full-scope midwifery care, including hospital-based deliveries at CHI Immanuel where midwifery care is strongly supported and waterbirth is available. The call schedule is balanced, with each midwife covering approximately one call shift per week and every 5th weekend. In addition, each midwife works about three days per week in the clinic, seeing 12-15 patients per day.

Job Requirements

• Current AMCB certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM).
• Current Nebraska APRN license or eligibility for licensure
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
