• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong mechanical skills and physical stamina.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials – load, unload, and move materials to and from work areas.
• Operate basic hand tools and powered tools (drills, grinders) and metal cutting saws.
• Perform work safely and adhere to procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist skilled tradespeople as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite; handle housekeeping duties.
• Maintain and repair tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• Assemble component parts using hand and small power tools.
• Perform flame cutting, bending, forming, beveling, and notching of metal and plastic parts.
• Work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
