Job summary

Swatch Group USA seeks a Regional Sales Manager to grow wholesale accounts across the Midwest for the Hamilton brand. You will manage relationships with retailers, drive sales, and ensure brand consistency in stores and on promotion events.

The role requires travel, strong communication, and 3+ years in jewelry or luxury watches. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of wholesale selling experience in a jewelry or luxury watch organization.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word.
• Ability to travel within assigned regional territory up to 85% of the time.
• Fluency in English; other languages as required by locations in the dedicated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and full auto insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop the distribution channel in accordance with brand strategy.
• Manage territory selling activities, stock management and account servicing.
• Develop annual business plans with Brand manager to support sales goals.
• Understand target market and influence decision-makers to maximize sales.
• Provide product knowledge and solutions to meet customer needs.
• Prospect and open new retailers; train staff at points of sale.
• Monitor sell-out and brand appearance; ensure proper in-store execution.
• Travel to retail and wholesale locations for training and reporting.
