Job summary

Damora Therapeutics seeks a Director, Medical Science Liaison to cover the Midwest. This foundational role reports to the VP of Medical Affairs and will build the medical affairs function from the ground up, shaping development strategy through early KOL and investigator engagement.

You will balance high-level scientific dialogue with hands-on execution, coordinating meetings, advisory boards, and scalable processes, while preparing for future clinical and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MSL experience in hematology/oncology.
• Experience in a small or emerging biotech.
• Experience supporting clinical development and clinical operations (Phase I/II preferred).

Responsibilities

• Identify, map, and develop relationships with KOLs, investigators, academic and community centers.
• Conduct compliant, high-quality scientific exchange around our investigational Phase I asset.
• Support site identification, feasibility assessments, and investigator outreach.
• Help develop medical strategy / scientific communications and represent the company at scientific congresses, advisory boards, and investigator meetings.
