Job summary

SUN VALLEY COMMUNITY CHURCH in Queen Creek, Arizona, is seeking a Midweek Childcare Worker to provide nurturing and developmentally appropriate care within our childcare programs. This role supports the spiritual development of parents and creates a fun, safe experience for children during midweek programs.

Responsibilities include providing nurturing care, guiding activities, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Candidates should have high school education and effective communication skills. Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Qualifications

• High School experience and/or graduate.
• Ability to interact with children to support their spiritual development.
• Effective relational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
