The Midstream Water Engineer is responsible for the design, optimization, and operational support of water, oil, and gas gathering and disposal systems across both the Midland and Delaware Basins. This role integrates engineering, operations, commercial coordination, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective system performance. The position plays a key role in project development, system modeling, SWD performance management, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and third-party partners.
