• Develop scope of work, manage bid processes and pipeline/design construction.
• Review new technology, processes, materials and equipment; propose solutions.
• Frame engineering/operational problems and propose solutions.
• Monitor and support field construction activities and related engineering tasks.
• Prepare written procedures for construction, maintenance and operations.
