Phillips 66 is offering a 2027 Technical Intern - Midstream Instrumentation & Electrical Technician role in Oklahoma City (and additional sites in Odessa, Midland, and New Mexico). You will gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects, with mentorship and weekly seminars designed to build technical and professional skills.

Internship activities include performance reviews, orientation, field trips, and presenting your work.

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
Pursuing an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Technology, Electrical Technology or equivalent technical program
Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an undergraduate program
Graduation date in August 2027 or later
Available to intern for a minimum of 11continuous weeks
Temporarily relocate to internship location regionMust maintain a valid driver's license
Willing and able to climb up to 50 feet, lift up to 45 pounds, and work in harsh conditions

Responsibilities

Participating in performance reviews with your manager, who will provide coaching and guidance throughout your internship, as will your assigned mentor
Attending orientation and training events, field trips, social activities, weekly seminars and opportunities to meet and interact with functional leaders
Giving a presentation about your work assignment and projects, as well as what you learned from the internship program
