Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates at our United States Distribution Center in Massachusetts. You will support order fulfillment, operate power industrial equipment, and participate in a wellbeing program with rewards and gym rebates.

Training is provided to certify you in equipment and automation, with shifts typically 1:00 PM onward. Base pay starts at $20.11/hr with a $1.00/hr mid shift differential and incentive opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37-42F) a minimum of 80% of the shift or as needed
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment - Training will be provided

• Move efficiently during shift to ensure life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.
