Job summary

Crown Health Care Laundry Services is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical controls across our Mississippi plants. The role demands strong electrical experience, ability to read blueprints, and hands-on repair of conveyors, pumps, and pneumatics in a fast-paced laundry operation.

You'll work midshift 1:30pm-11:30pm, participate in safety-driven maintenance, record daily readings, and assist training of new staff.

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Safety and quality mindset.
• Must be able to access all areas of the facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation
• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours
• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation
