Job summary

Admiral Security Services is seeking a security officer for the Danville area with a Mon-Fri midnight–8am shift. The role emphasizes vigilant access control, incident observation and timely reporting, interacting with clients and the public, and upholding contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, be able to multitask, and be comfortable with Microsoft Office and site security software. E/O/M/F/D/V credentials are noted on file.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and site security software.
• Minimum of one year of verifiable work experience; military or related degree counts.

Responsibilities

• Access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report hazards and safety concerns.
• Conduct routine foot patrols inside and around the building.
• Report issues to the operations manager and client.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the general public.
• Other duties as assigned.
