Job summary

Courtney Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation care to our guests, coordinating care with CNAs and STNAs and delivering medication-related interventions.

The ideal candidate has CPR certification, state-licensed LPN credentials, and 1–3 years of long-term care experience. We offer competitive pay and a supportive work environment in Michigan.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current LPN licensure in the state.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, provides and manages nursing care services and health education to guests.
• Supervise the care by CNAs/STNAs and other team members.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to guests.
• Assess the health of guests and notify the physician of changes in status; promptly implement new orders.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a guest’s condition and/or prevent complications.
• Contribute to the guest’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a plan of care.
