Position

Levenfeld Pearlstein (LP) is currently seeking an associate with 3-5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience to join its growing, collaborative, and highly credentialed Real Estate practice group.

LP’s Real Estate group handles all types of real estate matters across the country, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint venture transactions, real estate development, manufactured housing, commercial leasing—including significant experience with retail leasing—real estate tax structuring, and debt and equity financing. Experience that makes you a fit
  • All aspects of commercial leasing, including both landlord and tenant side work.
  • Prior work with all types of owners, managers, and users, including REITs and other institutional owners, in the office, industrial, and retail sectors.
  • A significant focus in sophisticated office leasing is preferred.

Salary and benefits

The annual salary range for this position is $250,000 to $300,000. LP believes this is the pay range it will pay for this position at the time of posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be contingent on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant and the requirements of the position. LP offers generous compensation and benefits packages, including medical, dental and vision benefits, paid parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
