Responsibilities

• Work on a range of energy and infrastructure transactions, including project finance, project development, M&A, data centers, and commercial/project agreements
• Handle acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, and complex contracts in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate across offices and client teams to deliver transactions end-to-end
