Whether you are just completing your compression or mechanics training, or you have a few years of field experience, we want to talk with you.We have both local and rotator positions.**Students still in school:** we also offer summer internships for qualified candidates who want hands-on field and shop experience before graduation.**WHAT YOU'LL DO*** Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on natural gas compression units in the field* Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation issues* Work with engines and compressors including Caterpillar, Cummins, Waukesha, and Ariel equipment* Complete field documentation and communicate with supervisors and customers* Follow NGSG safety standards and HSE procedures — safety is non-negotiable**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR*** Completed or in-progress training in natural gas compression, diesel mechanics, or a related field* Strong mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset* Ability to work independently in a field environment* Valid driver's license with a clean MVR* Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning*Entry-level and student candidates are encouraged to apply.
