We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer with a strong background in WebLogic, platform migration, and infrastructure upgrades within high-security environments.

This role involves supporting and enhancing middleware platforms, implementing secure authentication practices, and ensuring the stability and performance of mission-critical systems in a financial domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead physical-to-virtual (P2V) server migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Manage and maintain WebLogic servers, including configuration, patching, and security hardening.
  • Implement and support SAML-based Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
  • Perform system administration tasks across Oracle, Linux, and UNIX environments.
  • Monitor system security and performance, and troubleshoot hardware, OS, and application-level issues.
  • Provide 24/7 production support for critical applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application security and compliance in regulated environments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in infrastructure engineering, system administration, or related fields.
  • Expertise in WebLogic, Oracle, Linux, UNIX, and Shell Scripting.
  • Strong understanding of SAML IAM and secure authentication practices.
  • Experience with platform migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with financial domain applications and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, OS, and application layers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Exposure to high-availability and disaster recovery planning.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
