Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider based in the United States is seeking a candidate for application administration support. This role involves providing real-time technical assistance, maintaining client activities, and participating in a 24x7 on-call support rotation. Candidates should have 2-4 years of relevant experience, particularly in Hyperion, Oracle, and Unix. The position requires good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem resolution. Hiring exclusively on W2 basis, background and drug screening are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of application admin support experience in a business-critical production environment.
• 2 years of Operating System experience or formal training.
• 1 year of relational database experience or formal training.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time technical administration support for various technologies.
• Maintain day-to-day client activities in absence of direct leadership.
• Participate in 24x7 on-call support rotation.
• Compile appropriate reports and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate directly with client team members for operational support.
