Job summary

A growing software consultancy in California is seeking an experienced IT professional with over 7 years in implementing, troubleshooting, and managing middleware components. Candidates should have strong skills in Apache Tomcat, Weblogic, and WebSphere, along with the ability to analyze issues and apply system upgrades. This position is full-time and permanent, available only to U.S. citizens and authorized workers, with no sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in implementing, administering, installation, troubleshooting.
• Experience in Apache Tomcat Administration, Weblogic, WebSphere.
• Strong experience in integrating application servers and MQ.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer middleware components.
• Start/stop application/web services and perform log analysis.

Job Description

• At least 7 years of experience in implementing, administering, installation, troubleshooting
• and root cause analysis for various middleware components
• At least 4 years of experience in Apache Tomcat Administration, Weblogic, WebSphere
• At least 5 years of experience in integrating application servers and MQ.
• At least 4 years of experience in ability to Start / stop application/web services, thread
• dump, heap dump and log analysis, apply upgrades & patches.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• Strong experience in App/Web server concepts
• Should be good at troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of operating systems – Linux, scripting skills to automate jobs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
