Job summary

Tonganoxie USD 464 is seeking a Middle School Assistant Coach for Wrestling. Qualifications

• A valid building-level license issued by the Kansas State Board of Education.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
• Ability to manage responsibilities and meet district outcomes.
• Ability to use district-provided technology as needed.
• Ability to adapt to a compressed school day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe and orderly activity environments.
• Create a safe environment that promotes positive behavior and learning.
• Supervise students as assigned.
• Ensure improved performance for all participants.
• Monitor progress using evaluation techniques and appropriate tech.
• Lead students in constructive peer and sponsor relations.
