Responsibilities

• Provide direct special education instruction to middle school students in a resource setting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs.
• Collaborate with general education teachers to ensure accommodations and modifications are applied.
• Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and student records.
