Hamilton Township School District Mercer County is seeking two leave replacement teachers for Middle School Math in Special Education. These positions support teachers on leave and may vary in length, with required NJ credentials.
Applicants must hold a New Jersey Instructional Certificate (TOH) or TO-Math with Students with Disabilities, or a Middle School Math 5-8 specialization with SD; upon clearance, effective 2026-2027.
Qualifications
- New Jersey Instructional Certificate:
- New Jersey Teacher of the Handicapped (TOH) or
- New Jersey Teacher of Mathematics plus Students with Disabilities (TOSD) or
- Teacher of Middle School Math 5-8 Subject Matter Specialization - Mathematics plus Students with Disabilities (TOSD) also requires Teacher of Elementary K-6; or
- Elementary Teacher K-8 plus Students with Disabilities (TOSD)
Responsibilities
- Replacement for teachers on a leave of absence
- Length of positions may vary
- Successful clearance of criminal history
- All Substitutes must be BOE approved
