• Create a classroom environment conducive to learning and appropriate to students’ maturity and interests.
• Prepare lessons reflecting accommodations for individual differences.
• Prepare for classes and show written evidence of preparation upon request of supervisor.
• Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Guide learning toward curriculum goals and establish objectives for lessons and projects.
• Employ varied instructional techniques and media suited to the location and student needs.
• Assess student progress and provide regular reports.
