Ethos Classical is seeking a Middle School Reading Lead Teacher who will provide high-quality, standards-aligned instruction to scholars with individualized educational plans. The role focuses on building strong conceptual understanding, fluency, and problem-solving within a joyful, structured classroom grounded in Ethos Classical values.

You will use student data to plan targeted interventions, collaborate with the grade-level team and instructional coach, and maintain regular communication

Qualifications

• Track record of academic growth with scholars.
• Experience with data-driven instruction and small-group teaching.
