Responsibilities

• Teach assigned middle school music classes using the Great Hearts curriculum and materials, creating thoughtful, engaging lessons.
• Provide academic support, monitor progress, and partner with school leadership to address needs in a timely manner.
• Uphold the culture, policies, and safety procedures of Great Hearts, contributing to a respectful school environment.
• Communicate clearly with families, initiate conferences as needed, and foster strong home–school partnerships.
• Participate in faculty collaboration, school events, and ongoing professional growth.
