Job summary

Medford Public Schools is seeking a Girls Basketball Coach for the Middle School team in Medford, Massachusetts. The qualified applicant will assume responsibility for all areas relating to the team's management and will report to the Athletic Director.

Prior coaching experience and MIAA Certification are preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred with First Aid and CPR/AED Certification required. Stipend is in accordance with the Medford Teachers Association Contract.

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
• First Aid, CPR/AED Certification required.
• MIAA Coaching Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the middle school girls basketball team's management.
• Report to the Athletic Director.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to student-athletes.
• Coordinate with the athletics department and school staff.
• Ensure academic and athletic success for student-athletes.
