Job Description

Business Information Technology Education or Technology CTE/CRE certificate.

Residency Requirements: Must reside in North Carolina.

This position is for the school year 2025/2026.

The Middle School CRE Teacher is a state-certified teacher and/or alternatively certified CRE/CTE Teacher responsible for delivering specific course content in an online environment. The teacher must provide instruction, support, and guidance, manage the learning process, and focus on students' individual needs. Teachers monitor student progress through K12's learning management system and work actively with students and parents to promote learning and develop post-secondary plans using online tools like Career Builder, Career Cruising, etc.

Required Certificates and Licenses: North Carolina teaching certificate and Business Information Technology Education or Technology CTE/CRE certificate.

Residency Requirements: Must reside in North Carolina.

This is a part-time position for the school year 2025/2026.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active state teaching license
