REQUIRED CRITERIA:

• Master's Degree in School Counseling
• NJ Certification as School Counselor
• Ability to advocate and lead school counseling initiatives in the three domains of school counseling to support all students, including those dealing with personal/family substance abuse issues
• Proficiency in utilizing district technology tools effectively to enhance and inform continuous improvement
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or designee may find appropriate and acceptable
• Experience with Genesis, Google, Naviance, Realtime preferred
