Qualifications

• Master’s degree in School Counseling and a valid Tennessee School Service Personnel License for School Counseling pre-K-12 are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains licensure and ensures required documentation is provided to validate licensure.
• Counsels students individually or in small groups to support personal, educational and career planning.
• Reviews student data and coordinates services to support continuous student achievement.
• Communicates with parents and collaborates with teachers and staff to promote student success.
