Job summary

Lebanon School District is seeking a part-time Middle School Assistant Cheer Coach at Lebanon Middle School in Missouri. The role reports to the Activities Director and supports the Athletics department to develop skill, discipline, and school spirit among students.

The position emphasizes safe coaching practices, organization, and collaboration with staff, parents, and Booster Club to foster positive attitudes and athletic growth.

Qualifications

• Missouri certification preferred.
• Experience or knowledge of the sport the individual is coaching.
• Such alternative to these qualifications that the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable in matters pertaining to the sport.
• Be prompt and organized concerning practice/contests.
• Maintain team discipline and control.
• Develop a well organized practice schedule which utilizes staff and team to its maximum potential.
• Provide leadership and attitudes that promote positive attitudes and results.
