Job summary

Young World Physical Education is looking for a Middle School Cheerleading Advisor to organize and lead the cheer program at Graham Local Schools in St. Paris, Ohio. The coach will instruct student athletes in competitive cheerleading and help foster a love for the sport.

Qualifications include experience in cheerleading coaching, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively motivate students. This is a full-time position with flexible hours that may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of NFHS 'Fundamentals of Coaching' and other required courses.
• Some experience as a competitive cheerleading coach at the middle school or higher level.
• Effective coaching techniques and skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and executes the cheer program at Graham Local Schools.
• Coaches student athletes in competitive cheerleading techniques.
• Motivates student athletes to develop an appreciation for the sport.
