Job summary

West Fargo Public Schools is seeking a Long-term Substitute – Behavior Technician at Heritage Middle School to cover the absence of the Behavior Technician. You will assist learners in daily instructional and non-instructional activities under supervision, following behavior reduction protocols and instructional plans.

Experience with learners with disabilities and strong collaboration with educators is preferred.

Qualifications

• Satisfactory completion of essential duties with reasonable accommodations.
• Experience working with diverse learners and behaviors is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend English instructions.

Responsibilities
