Responsibilities

• Participates in budgeting with the athletic director and plans for next season.
• Recommends equipment guidelines and manages inventory and costs.
• Maintains equipment rooms and secure access to facilities.
• Ensures proper security of equipment and records its history.
• Organizes preseason meetings with parents and coaches.
• Represents the program in communications with media and booster clubs.
• Supervises staff conferences, clinics and staff meetings.
