Responsibilities

• Ensure actions align with Board policies and district strategic plan.
• Participate in job training and professional growth to perform essential functions.
• Perform other duties to maintain efficient and effective work environment.
• Implement student personnel policies and coordinate with Board policies on attendance, discipline, and achievement.
• Interview students, parents, and staff to address truancy, delinquency, course failure, or discipline concerns.
• Monitor student achievement data and adjust curriculum/instruction as needed.
• Complete documentation and reports to meet Federal, State, and District mandates timely.
• Take on building principal duties in their absence.
