Job summary

KIPP Tulsa is seeking an Assistant Principal to lead instructional excellence, develop staff, and engage with families to ensure high expectations and student success. This role balances classroom presence, data analysis, and school-wide program leadership in a dynamic Tulsa setting.

The Assistant Principal will coach teachers, monitor progress, and partner with families to promote joyful, rigorous learning environments across grades 6–12.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Oklahoma administrator certification or eligibility.
• 3–5 years of successful educator leadership experience.
• Strong instructional knowledge and ability to observe and coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead teachers and teams to improve student outcomes.
• Conduct classroom observations and provide timely feedback.
• Develop and implement data-driven instructional actions.
• Collaborate with families and school leadership to support student success.
