The Middle School After-School Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations, implementation, and quality assurance of a DYCD-funded after-school program serving students in grades 6–8. The coordinator works closely with the Associate Division Director to ensure compliance with all New York City Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) requirements while providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for participants. The coordinator supervises program staff, supports youth development initiatives, fosters positive relationships with school personnel and families, and ensures the successful delivery of academic, recreational, leadership, and enrichment activities.
The Middle School After-School Program Coordinator plays a critical role in creating a high-quality program experience that supports academic success, social-emotional growth, leadership development, and positive outcomes for all participating youth.

Employment is at will and employees will undergo 45- and 90-day check-ins during their 90-day probationary period.
