Qualifications

• 3+ years of transactional tax and business planning experience.
• Active Texas bar admission or ability to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Structure transactions to achieve tax planning objectives for middle-market clients.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents including governing documents and sale/purchase agreements.
• Stay current on federal, state, and local transaction tax developments; collaborate with other practice areas.
