The role focuses on investment sourcing, rigorous due diligence, financial modeling, and portfolio monitoring to support senior investment professionals.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in investment banking or private equity, with lower middle-market experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
• Lower middle-market experience is a plus.
• Undergraduate degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior investment professionals in sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.
• Prepare investment memos and approval materials for the Investment Committee.
• Create financial models to analyze cash flows, investment returns, and enterprise values for opportunities and portfolio companies.
• Conduct industry research on market size, growth prospects, demand drivers, and competitors.
• Facilitate diligence with third‑party partners and assist with portfolio monitoring and ad hoc projects.
