Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a MIDB analyst to join the team onsite at DIA in the Washington, DC area. You will collaborate with IC experts to assess energy generation, transmission, and distribution, and maintain MIDB records in line with DIA SOPs.

A TS/SCI clearance is required, with polygraph preferred. Qualified candidates have 3+ years in analysis, knowledge of energy infrastructure, and demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, policy-relevant briefings and written products for senior

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analysis.
• Knowledge of energy infrastructure, systems, resources.
• Ability to develop high‑quality deliverables for senior policymakers.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; polygraph preferred.
• HS diploma/GED with 7+ years or Bachelor's with 3+ years in intelligence/economics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on strategic-level products to assess foreign energy systems.
• Maintain and update C4I MIDB records and related energy installations per DIA standards.
