Job summary

Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee, now part of the Mavis Tire family, seeks full-time General Service Technicians for our Erlanger, KY center. No experience is required; paid training is provided. You’ll install tires, perform rotations and related services, and earn a guaranteed base rate plus weekly bonuses.

We offer a 5-day work week with Sundays off, competitive benefits, and opportunities for ASE certification support and internal advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience: Automotive experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physical Ability: Stand, walk, bend, and lift/move items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Mindset: You value dependability, teamwork, and providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services — rotations, balancing and flat repairs.
• Provide best-in-class automotive service and ensure customer safety.
• Weeky bonus payments are tied to every service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
