Job summary

Midas in Conway, PA is hiring General Service Technicians (Oil, Tire & Lube) to join a growing team. You’ll install tires, perform tire services, and contribute to our fast-paced service center while earning a guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonuses.

Paid training ensures you get up to speed quickly and safely. We offer benefits, opportunities for ASE certification support, and a pathway for growth within the Mavis Tire family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items weighing over 50 pounds.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Install new tires and wheels and perform tire services (rotations, balancing, and flat repairs).
• Provide safe, high‑quality automotive service to customers.
• Weekly bonus payments in addition to base pay.
